Here’s the truth about real milk and pregnancy 👇🏻

Nope, there’s nothing inherently “dangerous” about real milk in itself. The potential risks originate from appropriate udder cleaning, disinfecting equipment, and milk processing procedures.

It’s simple. Contaminated milk = UNSAFE milk.

If you’re consuming milk from a farm that appropriately cleans udders (including a pre-wash + iodine pre/post dip), thoroughly disinfects all equipment to eliminate the risk of equipment contamination, + rapidly chills milk, then your “risk” significantly decreases.

Personally, if I wasn’t the one milking start to finish, then I would also want the farm to routinely test their milk, too. We want healthy + happy cows, friends.

Pregnant or not - who’s enjoying that real milk?!

I used to over-complicate homeschooling until I re I used to over-complicate homeschooling until I realized…

-Each season will look different, and that’s okay
-Sometimes you’ll lean into grab and go curriculum options, and sometimes you’ll lean into options that require more prep. Do what feels right instead of rigidly following a pre-determined + arbitrary plan
-You can (and should!) switch gears if something isn’t working
-You can change your mind … and then change it again if you need to.
-What works for one kiddo won’t necessarily work for another, and that’s okay
-Resist the urge to “recreate” academic or social experiences from more traditional schooling choices
